Details to be given while posting a Defect

I know that all the experienced Testers must have knowledge on what are all the details that should be given to a developer while posting a defect. But I am writing this article for fresh testers. Anyway experienced testers, write down your comments, feed backs and valuable points which can be added from your experience. It will be more helpful for the fresh peoples who are reading this article.

14) Expected Result

16) Videos if any for reproduce

    Something to be added perhaps
    - Test case ID of the test you have executed (this is linked to your requirements)
    - Name of application under test (when performing an end-to-end user acceptance test whit several application)

  3. More details for defects are:
    - Cause (requirement, FO, Software, test)
    - Status (New, in Analyse, Fixed, In Test, Reopen, ReTest, Closed, On Hold)
    - Subsystem where the defect occurred
    - Priority
    - Solution description
    - Detected by
    - detection date
    - assigned to
    - history fields (date) for Status and Assigned to
